21th 2012(fake doomsday)

Today was supposed to be doomsday not that i mind it wasn't or anything  but everyone sort of knew it's gonna be fake. I mean it was myth against science and who in their right mind would choose myth over science.

some locals believe today to be the great king Rawana's returning day i was kind of interested too because he had planes, guns and other things we don't have yet,  but he lived 5000 years ago and beveled to be dead(or sleeping).
some said when the Gangnam Style reaches the 1,000,000,000 views on YouTube(and it did today) it's gonna be the end because some one(Nostradamus) long ago(1503) has said "from the calm morning,the end will come,when the dancing horse,the number of circles will be nine".
most popular one was the end of the mayan calender but they all were theories and all proved to be wrong at the end.

    Mayans never says that the world is gonna end on 21/12/2012, its a total misunderstanding. According to Maya theory, the world was created 5125 years ago, on a date modern people would write "August 11, 3114 BC." At the time, the Maya calendar looked like this: 13.0.0.0.0 On Dec. 21, 2012, it is exactly the same: 13.0.0.0.0. they believe that this will be another new century. The Maya calendar did not end on 21/12/2012, and there were no Maya prophecies foretelling the end of the world on that date.
